  Exactly fits. I was able to use it without fixing to wall. Used to keep my dogs in the livingroom to stop them running wild around the house.

  Once mastered the first conections easy to put together. Very sturdy and versatile. Since I bought it to keep are small dogs out of the dining room part of the "L" shaped lounge I am not sure that I even need to connect it either side to the walls I think it will do as it is. I will try it like that for a while. Can see that it would be a very safe childs partition.

  Puchased to ensure 2 dogs could be contained within an open plan kitchen. Good size and flexibility, I only need to use 4 of the 5 panels but was easily secured to the wall with supplied fittings. So far, so good for containing the dogs as whilst I have only used on an ad-hoc basis as opposed to extended periods, it has worked as expected. The gate is solid and at a height which is convenient as high enough that the dogs have not attempted to climb but can be stepped over if you want to avoid opening (to avoid dogs running through).

  This is a very sturdy Hearth gate, we have it around our stove, so I wanted it to open enough to put logs into the stove, but not close enough to let a toddler reach through and get burned. It has passed both tests.It is a little tricky to understand the instructions but,study the pictures, yes it's that kind..... make sure you have them all facing the correct way, up or down, the gate will give you a clue, which is probably a good piece to start with.

  Excellent... This has made life so much easier and safer as grandchildren are staying with us temporarily and we have a open plan living space..Fitting was a little awkward but once in place.. Perfect.. Would recommend this product for anyone with a large space of any kind that you wish to make safer for children or animals..

  Excellent Fireguard - Highly recommended

  I recently purchased this guard for a wood burning stove that we have in our living room. Our 14 month old daughter was very interested in the stove and as such we needed something that would be very secure to stop her getting too close to the stove. The guard is fantastic and fixes to the wall very securely, the added benefit is that you can adjust the angle of each of the individual sections which means that you should always be able to get the guard to fit around your fire. The gate in the front of the guard is a great feature and makes it very easy to load the stove. I would certainly recommend this guard from a safety and aesthetic point of view, it has a good appearance and compliments the stove nicely!

  Delighted with our fire guard, so much more stylish than the other cage type surrounds available. Easy to assemble.
